1.1 Welcome to the Target Mall platform operated by Target Mall (Singapore) Pte Ltd and its affiliates (individually and collectively referred to as "Target Mall", "we", "our" or "our"). Target Mall takes its responsibilities under applicable privacy laws and regulations (“Privacy Laws”) seriously and is committed to respecting our Target Mall website and mobile applications (“Platform”) (we refer to the Platform and the services we describe on the Platform collectively as "Serve"). User means a user, including buyers and sellers (individually and collectively, "User", "you" or "your") who registers an account with us to use the Services. We recognize the importance of the personal data you entrust to us and believe we have a duty to properly manage, protect and process your personal data. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy") is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, disclose and/or process the personal data that you provide to us and/or that we have about you, whether now or in the future , and to help you make an informed decision before providing us with any of your personal data. 1.2 "Personal Data" or "Personal Data" means data, whether real or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which an organization has or may have access. This includes, but is not limited to, cookies deployed by us when you interact with our applications or websites; when you grant permission on your device to share information with our applications or platforms; When you link your Target Mall account with your social media or other external accounts or use other social media features, in accordance with the vendor's policies; when you transact through our Services; when you provide us with feedback or complaints; when you register to enter the competition; and/or When you submit your personal data to us for any reason. The above is not exhaustive, but merely lists some common situations in which your personal data may be collected. 2.2 We may collect personal data about you from you, our affiliates, third parties and other sources, including but not limited to business partners (such as logistics or payment service providers), credit or rating agencies, marketing services Providers or partners, referrer or loyalty programs, other users of our Services, or publicly available or government data sources. 2.3 In some cases, you may provide us with personal data of other people (such as your family or friends or people in your contact list). 3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WILL Target Mall COLLECT?

3.1 The personal data that Target Mall may collect includes but is not limited to:

Name; email address; date of birth; billing and/or shipping address; bank account and payment information; telephone number; gender; Information sent by or associated with devices used to access our Services or Platforms; Information about your network, including your contact list when sharing permissions on your device, and the people and accounts you interact with; photographs or audio or video recordings; Government-issued identification or other information we require for due diligence, know-your-customer, identity verification and/or fraud prevention purposes; Marketing and Communications Data, such as your preferences for receiving marketing from us and third parties, your communication preferences and communication history with us, our service providers and other third parties; Usage and Transaction Data, including details about your searches, orders, advertisements and content you interact with on the Platform and other products and services relevant to you; location data; any other information about users when they register to use our services or platform and when users use services or platforms, and information about how users use our services or platforms; and Aggregate data about content that users engage with. 3.2 You agree not to submit any inaccurate or misleading information to us, and you agree to notify us of any inaccuracies or changes to such information. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to request further documentation to verify any information you provide. 3.3 We may access you if you use your social media account (“Social Media Account”) to register as a user of our Platform, link your Target Mall account to your Social Media Account or use any Target Mall social media features information has been voluntarily provided to your social media account provider in accordance with such provider's policies, and any such personal data will always be managed and used in accordance with this policy. 3.4 If you do not want us to collect the above information/personal data, you may opt out at any time by notifying our Data Protection Officer in writing. Please note, however, that opting out or withdrawing your consent to our collection, use or processing of your personal data may affect your use of the Services and Platforms. For example, opting out of location information collection will result in its location-based functionality being disabled.

4.1 As with most websites and mobile applications, information sent by your device may include data about you recorded by web servers as you browse our platform. You can unsubscribe to stop receiving marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe function in the electronic marketing materials and/or adjusting your settings in the platform (if applicable). We may use your contact information to send our and our related companies' newsletters or marketing materials; Partner with third parties to offer loyalty, partnership and bonus programs and offers and other co-branded marketing activities, such as merchant loyalty programs, seller offers or co-branded credit cards; To respond to legal process or to comply with any applicable legal, governmental or regulatory requirements of any relevant jurisdiction or where we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary, including without limitation to satisfy disclosure requirements pursuant to any legal obligation to Target Mall or its related companies or affiliates Any binding legal requirements (including displaying your name, contact and company details where applicable); To produce statistics and research for internal and statutory reporting and/or record keeping requirements; to conduct due diligence or other screening activities (including but not limited to background checks) in accordance with legal or regulatory obligations or risk management procedures that may be required by law or that we may have in place; audit our services or Target Mall's business; prevent or investigate any actual or suspected violation of our Terms of Service, fraud, illegal activity, negligence or misconduct, whether in connection with your use of our Services or in connection with any other matter arising from your relationship with us; Respond to any threatened or actual claim against Target Mall or other claim that any Content infringes the rights of a third party; store, host, back up (whether for disaster recovery or otherwise) your personal data, whether within or outside your jurisdiction; Process and/or facilitate business asset transactions or potential business asset transactions where such transactions involve Target Mall as a participant or only Target Mall’s related companies or affiliates as participants or involve Target Mall and/or any one or more Target Malls related companies or affiliates as participants, and there may be other third-party organizations involved in such transactions. "Business Asset Transaction" means the purchase, sale, lease, merger, consolidation or any other acquisition, disposition or financing of an Organization or a part of an Organization or any business or assets of an Organization; and/or Any other purposes that we notify you when we obtain your consent. (collectively, the "Purposes"). 6.2 You acknowledge, agree and agree that Target Mall may access, save and disclose your account information and content if required by law or court order or required by any government or regulatory agency having jurisdiction over Target Mall. In the belief that such access protection or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) comply with the requirements of any government or regulatory agency with jurisdiction over Target Mall; (c) enforce the Target Mall Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy (d) respond to any threatened or actual claims against Target Mall or other claims that any content infringes the rights of third parties; (e) respond to your customer service requests; (f) protect the rights of Target Mall, its users and/or the public, property or personal safety. 6.3 As the purposes for which we will/may collect, use, disclose or process your personal data depend on the circumstances at hand, such purposes may not appear in the above. 7. HOW DOES TARGET MALL PROTECT AND RETAIN CUSTOMER INFORMATION?

7.1 We implement various security measures in an effort to ensure the security of your personal data on our systems. User personal data is contained behind secure networks and is only accessible to a limited number of employees with special access rights to such systems. However, absolute safety cannot be guaranteed inevitably. 7.2 We will retain personal data in accordance with the Privacy Act and/or other applicable laws. This means that we will destroy or anonymize your personal data when we reasonably determine that: (i) retention of such personal data is no longer compatible with the purposes for which it was collected; (ii) for any legal or commercial the purpose no longer requires the retention; (iii) no other legitimate interest warrants further retention of such personal data. 8. DOES TARGET MALL DISCLOSE THE INFORMATION IT COLLECTS FROM ITS VISITORS TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?

8.1 In conducting our business, we will/may need to use, process, disclose and/or transfer your personal data to our third party service providers, agents and/or our affiliates or related companies, and and/or other third parties, which may be located in or outside Singapore, for one or more of the above. Such third party service providers, agents and/or affiliates or related companies and/or other third parties will process your personal data on our behalf or otherwise for one or more of the above purposes. We strive to ensure that third parties and our affiliates protect your personal data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, processing or similar risks and only retain your personal data for as long as it is required for the above purposes Purpose. Subject to the above and in accordance with applicable law, we may use your personal data for recognized legal bases, including compliance with our legal obligations, performance of our contract with you, legitimate interests and our reasons for using it which outweigh any harm to you data protection rights, or where necessary in relation to legal claims. 8.4 Third parties may unlawfully intercept or access personal data transmitted to or contained on the website, technology may malfunction or not work as intended, or information may be accessed, abused or misused through no fault of ours . Notwithstanding, we deploy reasonable security measures to protect your personal data as required by the Privacy Act; however, absolute security cannot be guaranteed, such as, but not limited to, malicious and sophisticated hacking by malcontents through no fault of ours Unauthorized Disclosure. 8.5 Target Mall allows you to share videos from YouTube in the Target Mall live feature (“YouTube Content”). For this purpose, Target Mall uses the YouTube API service provided by YouTube. As a parent or legal guardian, please do not allow such children in your care to submit personal data to Target Mall. If the personal data of a child under the age of 13 in your care is disclosed to Target Mall, you hereby consent to the processing of that child's personal data and accept and agree to be bound by this Policy on behalf of that child. We will close any accounts dedicated to such children and will remove and/or delete any personal data that we believe has been submitted by any child under the age of 13 without parental consent.

10. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THIRD PARTIES

10.1 Our Platform uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies (text files placed on your device) to help the Platform analyze how users use the Platform. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the platform (including your IP address) will be transferred to and stored by Google on a server in the USA. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the platform, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. 10.2 From time to time, we and third parties may provide software application downloads through the Platform or Services for your use. 11. DISCLAIMER REGARDING SECURITY AND THIRD PARTY SITES

11.1 We do not guarantee the security of your personal data and/or other information you provide on third party websites. We do implement various security measures to maintain the security of your personal data in our possession or control. Your personal data is contained behind secure networks and is only accessible to a limited number of persons who have special access to such systems and are required to keep the personal data confidential. We provide the use of secure servers when you place an order or access your personal data. All personal data or sensitive information you provide is encrypted into our abases and can only be accessed as described above. 11.2 In order to provide you with higher value, we may choose various third-party websites to link to the platform and build a framework within the platform. We may also engage in co-branding and other relationships to provide e-commerce and other services and features to our visitors. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies and security arrangements. Even if the third party is affiliated with us, we have no control over these linked sites, and each site has independent privacy and data collection practices independent of ours. We may not receive data collected by our co-branding partners or third-party websites (even if offered on or through our Platform). 11.3 Accordingly, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for the content, security arrangements (or lack thereof) and activities of these linked sites. 12. WILL TARGET MALL TRANSFER YOUR INFORMATION OVERSEAS?

12.1 Your personal data and/or information may be transferred to, stored or processed outside of your country for one or more of the Purposes. Target Mall will only transfer your information overseas in accordance with Privacy Laws.

13. HOW CAN YOU WITHDRAW CONSENT, REQUEST ACCESS TO OR CORRECT INFORMATION YOU HAVE PROVIDED TO US?

13.1 Withdrawing Consent

13.1.1 You may withdraw your consent for the collection, use and/or disclosure and/or request deletion of your personal data in our possession or under our control by sending an email to our Personal Data Protection Officer at targetmall2017@gmail.com, and we will process such requests in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our obligations under the Privacy Laws and other applicable law. However, your withdrawal of consent may mean that we will not be able to continue providing the Services to you and we may need to terminate your existing relationship and/or the contract you have with us.

13.1.2 Where you share YouTube Content, in addition to withdrawing your consent by emailing us pursuant to Section 13.1.1, you may also revoke Target Mall's access to your personal data via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

13.2 Requesting Access to or Correction of Personal Data

13.2.1 If you have an account with us, you may personally access and/or correct your personal data currently in our possession or control through the Account Settings page on the Platform. If you do not have an account with us, you may request to access and/or correct your personal data currently in our possession or control by submitting a written request to us. We will need enough information from you in order to ascertain your identity as well as the nature of your request so as to be able to deal with your request. Hence, please submit your written request by sending an email to our Personal Data Protection Officer at targetmall2017@gmail.com

13.2.2 We may charge you a reasonable fee for the handling and processing of your requests to access your personal data. If we so choose to charge, we will provide you with a written estimate of the fee we will be charging. Please note that we are not required to respond to or deal with your access request unless you have agreed to pay the fee.

13.2.3 We reserve the right to refuse to correct your personal data in accordance with the provisions as set out in Privacy Laws, where they require and/or entitle an organisation to refuse to correct personal data in stated circumstances.
